CONTROL & PLATFORM

Control and platform software development

ECU and motor control

Design, implementation and modification of automotive ECU and motor control software.

Baseline experience: Professional experience developing embedded control software in C or C++, with the ability to explain the functions you implemented or modified and the project stages you handled.
Preferred experience: ECU, drive or microcontroller control, and development in an RTOS environment.

Platforms, drivers and porting

Driver and middleware development, and porting or reorganizing existing software when changing operating systems or microcontrollers.

Baseline experience: Professional embedded development experience in C or C++, including responsibility for drivers, middleware or software porting.
Preferred experience: Embedded Linux, RTOS, peripheral control or communication interface development. For AUTOSAR, experience with SWC design and implementation, BSW integration, or migration from an existing OS is welcome.

DISPLAY, COMMUNICATION & IOT

Displays, communications and IoT

Instrument clusters, navigation and equipment GUIs

Display and integration functions for instrument clusters, automotive displays, navigation systems and equipment GUIs.

Baseline experience: Professional experience with software for equipment, including responsibility for display, screen or functional integration work.
Preferred experience: Automotive display systems such as instrument clusters and navigation, medical equipment GUIs, C/C++, and development on Linux or an RTOS.

In-vehicle communications and device integration

Communication processing, data integration, and communication interface design, implementation and verification for automotive and embedded equipment.

Baseline experience: Professional embedded software experience involving communication processing or device interface design, implementation or defect investigation.
Preferred experience: Professional use of CAN, UART, SPI, BLE, LTE or Wi-Fi, with the ability to explain the communication method and your responsibilities.

IoT and edge data integration

Development connecting equipment with systems, including collecting, processing and transmitting device data, database storage and visualization.

Baseline experience: Professional implementation of device data processing using Python or similar tools, or integration functions between equipment and external systems.
Preferred experience: Data or video integration using MQTT, MySQL, Grafana, Docker/Podman, AWS IoT Core or AWS KVS. Please specify the functions and project stages you handled.

TESTING & PROJECT SUPPORT

Verification, development support and project leadership

Unit/integration testing and static analysis

Creating and executing test specifications, reproducing and investigating defects, and reviewing or addressing static analysis warnings.

Baseline experience: Professional responsibility for unit testing, integration testing or static analysis of embedded software.
Preferred experience: Testing with GoogleTest or WinAMS; static analysis using Coverity, QAC or Polyspace; and analysis or refactoring of existing code.

Verification tools and development automation

Verification applications, data extraction and CSV output, and supporting tools or procedures for repetitive work.

Baseline experience: Professional creation or modification of tools for verification, data processing or development support to meet business requirements.
Preferred experience: Python, Excel VBA, shell scripts, verification data handling and extraction, and writing or maintaining procedures.

Specifications, design coordination and project leadership

Clarifying requirements and specifications, considering architecture, managing tasks and progress, and coordinating development stakeholders.

Baseline experience: An embedded development background and professional responsibility for specification clarification, design coordination or technical development leadership.
Preferred experience: Automotive product design, project leader/project manager work, quality/cost/schedule management, and coordination with overseas development sites.

We seek partners for work ranging from design and implementation to operations, maintenance, renewal and cloud operations, according to the work and project stages required.

INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICE

Tell us your areas of experience, target systems and actual responsibilities. Experience with every technology or product is not required. Please distinguish what you learned through qualifications or training from professional experience.

Server and network design and implementation

We discuss the work and stages required for server and middleware design and implementation, and network or firewall configuration.

Baseline experience: Professional responsibility for server, network or middleware design or implementation, with the ability to explain the environment, configuration and project stages you handled.
Preferred experience: Windows Server clustering, Linux such as RHEL, networks, firewalls and middleware design and implementation. Experience with Nutanix microsegmentation is welcome.

IT infrastructure operations, maintenance and renewal

Operating environments such as Active Directory, Exchange and VDI; investigating and isolating incidents; and renewing servers or network equipment. We discuss stages including current-state assessment, risk review, migration/test planning and user documentation.

Baseline experience: Professional experience in infrastructure operations and maintenance, incident investigation/isolation, or renewal/migration, with the ability to explain your own responsibilities.
Preferred experience: Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VDI, PowerShell, Cisco equipment, Linux/Unix or similar environments. Current-state assessment, risk review, migration/test planning and user documentation.

Cloud infrastructure operations

We discuss responsibilities for cloud infrastructure operations, primarily on AWS, together with Linux/Windows server operations, monitoring and incident response.

Baseline experience: Professional experience operating, monitoring or responding to incidents in cloud infrastructure or Linux/Windows servers, with the ability to explain the environment and work you handled.
Preferred experience: Experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, CloudWatch and S3), SFTP servers, JP1 monitoring, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or similar technologies.

Holiday or night work, emergency response and business travel are confirmed for each assignment. Tell us your available working hours, work location and preferred conditions.

INDUSTRIES

Automotive and embedded industry/product experience

For automotive and embedded work, tell us your experience with industries or products such as the following, together with the functions and technologies you handled. For infrastructure work, describe the target systems, operating environment and responsibilities.

Automobiles and motorcycles: ECU and motor control, instrument clusters, displays, navigation and in-vehicle communications
Construction and agricultural machinery: Motor control for working machinery
Industrial equipment, robots and IoT devices: Embedded software, device communications and edge-side data processing
Medical equipment: Equipment GUI and display function development
Communications equipment: Software development for equipment

Alongside experience in the same industry, we consider experience with similar control, communication and display functions. Please distinguish web applications for medical operations from software for medical equipment.

Contracts and working arrangements

Non-Japanese nationals joining projects that require communication in Japanese must have Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher. The same conditions apply to non-Japanese engineers affiliated with partner companies.

Submitting a JLPT certificate is optional unless required by the project or client.

The Japanese proficiency requirement and certificate submission rules above do not apply to anyone who currently holds Japanese nationality, regardless of previous nationality.

A Google account sign-in and confirmation of purposes of use and the individual’s consent are required. We accept one PDF, Word, Excel or similar file, up to 10 MB, and store it in Company-managed Google Drive. Any disclosure to clients or others requires separate verification of necessary consent.
